The Event
January 29th – February 10th
The Volcom Pipe Pro is more than just a QS (WSL Qualifying Series) event. It has been, for the last 10 years, an opportunity to prove a surfer’s worth at the most prestigious and recognizable wave on the planet; the Banzai Pipeline on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Whether its the top pros from the CT (WSL Championship Series) with the likes of John John Florence or Kelly Slater, North Shore locals such as Jamie O’Brien or Joshua Moniz, and even the legend Sunny Garcia, all of whom can battle it out for the most badass award in surfing: The Warriors Helmet.

Tuesday: Medium NW swell, surf 7′ up to double overhead on bigger sets with breezy conditions NNE
Wednesday – Friday: Larger WNW swell, surf up to triple overhead (15-18′ faces) with moderate to breezy conditions NNE
